Diet With a Cucumber

This diet is good for people who don’t like to think too much when it comes to dieting, and who don’t like to think about different foods they need to consume.
This diet contains only couple of foodstuff, and you have to do it for 10 days, or if you want to you can do it for two weeks, but not more.
You can lose up to 14 pounds in two weeks, but it is not a guarantee and in order to achieve the best results you must have some sort of physical activity.
While you are on this diet, you can consume every day either 2 eggs, or 150 grams of tuna or 150 grams of chicken, but without oil.
Or if you don’t want that you can eat two cooked potatoes, if you don’t wanna cook it, you can bake it, but also without oil, or you can eat three slices of wholemeal bread.
You can also eat fresh fruit, around 500 grams of it. When it comes to drinking, you cannot drink alcohol, you can only use coffee or tea, but without sugar. And of course no sweets.
You can make a cucumber shake, it contains: one cucumber, along with peel, then add fresh spinach and one apple. If you want to you can add some ginger, but it is not necessary if you don’t like it.
If you don’t want to drink that shake, you can always make a cucumber salad with:
400 grams of cucumbers, 2 deciliters of yogurt, and if you want to you can add garlic, and pinch of salt.
Remember, whenever you are hungry during the day, you can always eat that salad or drink the shake.
