Eat Sleep Workout Repeat the cycle

A healthy life does not just include leading a life without major diseases but it also speaks a volume about staying fit. Life in a metropolitan city is quite predictable. In such pulls and pressures of life staying fit becomes an option rather than a necessity. To break free of such an unhealthy schedule it is important to follow a workout regime such as eat-sleep-workout-repeat.

Eating healthy is very important. Green leafy vegetables, corn, bell peppers, oats, yogurt are some of the food that people generally include in their diet. Drink as much water as you can. Fruit juice and other natural drinks also help a lot. Opt for baked food items rather than indulging in deep fried trash. Eat healthy but don’t stay hungry as it will only destroy the metabolism of the body and hence the body will result in bloating. Sleep is very important. 6-8 hour sleep is suggested by many pediatricians. It keeps the mind healthy. Body buildup only takes place while you are deep in your sleep so sleeping is must and must. Sleep also helps in developing a proper metabolism for the body. Workout as much as you can as if will balance the unwanted fat from depositing on your waistline. If you are not able to perform high intensity workout for some reasons than simply walking or running will help a lot. Yoga has proven effective in reducing the deep rooted anxiety from a person’s life. 

So eat healthy, sleep soundly, workout a little and you will lead a healthy, fit, stress free and long life.
